He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Carrere and Marianne Carrere; and his siblings, Charlie, Josephine, Lena, Maggie, Catherine and Virginia.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his siblings, William (Ghi Ghi) and Aileen; and his children, Joe (Bonnie), Nancy, Tim (Jen), Kelly (David) and Ginny. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
