He is survived by: his children, Jeananne Lockey (Jeff), Jennifer Selvaggi (Mark), Jaime Bush (Derrick), Michael Kissinger (Megan) and Rodger Smith (Joni); his grandchildren, Taylour Kissinger, Marissa Kissinger, Brett Lockey, Nicole Lockey, Sam Kissinger, Will Kissinger and Lee Smith (Hannah); and his siblings, Agnes Kuchler (Carl), Deborah Burke, Barbara Taylor (Robert), Patrick Kissinger (Kay) and Kenneth Kissinger (Mary Jane). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Doherty Funeral Home - Pike Creek (3200 Limestone Rd, Wilmington, DE 19808). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Angels Church (82 Possum Park Rd, Newark, DE 19711). A burial was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 at the All Saints Cemetery (6001 Kirkwood Hwy, Wilmington, DE 19808).
