She is survived by: her mother Irene Booth (Jones); her siblings, Irene Reese (Robert), Patricia Lennon (Matthew), John "Jackie" Booth, Robert Booth (Viola), Owen Booth and Daniel Booth (Carol); her brother-in-law Willard Weissman; her parents-in-law, Francis and Helen Czajkowski; her brother-in-law Joseph Czajkowski (Jean); her husband William "Bill" Czajkowski; her daughters, Amy Rubincam (Mark), Christine Czajkowski, Melissa Fallers (Jim) and Stacy Czajkowski (Dwight Jones); her grandchildren, Brendan (Tara), James (Paige), Adia, Madison, Irene, Aidan, Reid and Amari; her great grandchild Vana; her sister Leona Weissman; and her siblings-in-law, Concetta Booth, Francis Czajkowski (Elaine) and Ronald Czajkowski (Marcia). She is also survived by extended family, leaving behind numerous nieces, nephews, and close friends.
