With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel Eloise Taylor of Bear, Delaware, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 22, 2020 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwood and Fannie Ruley, Sr. (Mason); her husband Norman Taylor, Sr.; and her daughter Robyn Madison. She is survived by: her children, Debra Taylor, Tracy Blackwell (Antonio), Norman Taylor, Jr. (Marian) and Lynda Taylor; her son-in-law Claude Madison; her sister Margaret Reid; and her grandchildren, Jason Ballard, Etienne Johnson (Quinton), Lazeah English, Malcom Taylor, Benita Taylor, Stephanie Taylor, Bryant Cason, Eryn Madison, Ryan Cason, Myles Taylor, Maya Blackwell and Dasia Taylor. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; and a multitude of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
