She is survived by: her mother Mary Eichholz (Tafelski); her children, Jozef Bucko and Elizabeth Gillette; her sisters, Heather Samek and Jennifer Eichholz; her nieces and nephews, Jacqueline, Nicolette, Rebecca, Harry, Kenneth, Victor and Nicholas; her uncles, Edward Tafelski and John Tafelski (Margaret); and her cousins, Kristen, Joseph, Kayla, Alix and Jack.
