She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertha Stanton and Otto Stanton; her husband Thomas G. Edwards, Jr.; and her sisters, Marion Schick, Jean Simpson and Ruth Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judith A. Doughty and Jean E. Ganderton (Roy); her sister Beryl Carey; her grandchildren, Michael Doughty, Steven Doughty (Kristie), Sandra Karr (Scott) and Bill Dougherty (Ileen); her great grandchildren, Bernadett Doughty, Michael Doughty, Jr., Christopher Doughty, Samantha Karr, Madison Karr, Eric Karr and Ember Dougherty; and her great great grandchild Laila Doughty.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest a donation to Hospice of Delaware, who were very helpful in Irma's final days.
