He is survived by: his mother June Leibenguth (James); and his siblings, Robert Carter IV (Tiffany), Greg Carter (Ally), Fred Carter, Kevin Carter, Tommy Carter, Johnathan Knight, Angela Carter, Lorena Leibenguth (Jessie) and Courtney Tarbutton (Christian). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
