She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick Sakers and Mildred Sakers. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Hogate; her sister Janet Clark; her children, Robert Connell (Susan) of Elkton, MD, Nancy Connell of Bear, DE, William Connell of Newark, DE and Sandra Spiller (Joe) of North East, MD.; her stepchildren, Thomas Hogate, Jr. (Kim) and Cheryl Stewart (David); and her nephews, Fred and Scott. She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren.
