He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kay Barczak (Kauffman); his sons, Stephen Barczak (Susan) and John Barczak III (Yvette); his grandchildren, Alyssa (Lamont), Alli (Jake), Alayna, Tyler, Jordan and Alexa; his father-in-law Walt (Ginger); and his brothers-in-law, Walt III, Kevin (Karen) and Gary (Marsha).
