He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A. Hackling Sr. and Ruth Roberts Hackling; his brother David Hackling; and his sister-in-law Linda Hackling (Sheryl Hackling). He is survived by: his significant other Joan Coll; his daughters, Laurie Wry (Jeff) of Overland Park, KS and Patricia Hacking of Houston, TX; his granddaughter Emily Wry; his siblings, Shirley Hackling and Ronald Hackling; his sister-in-law Barbara Hackling; his significant other's daughter Cheryl Wiercinksi (Stan); and his sons, John Coll (Judy), Daniel Coll (Lori) and Brian Coll (Andrea). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
