She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Ainsworth and Gladys Ainsworth (Whitten). She is survived by: her husband David F. Godwin; her sister Joanne Driscoll (Tom); her brother-in-law Greg Godwin (Norma); her sons, David M. Godwin (Johnna) of Townsend, DE and Dale B. Godwin (Sharon) of Middletown, DE.; and her grandchildren, Matthew R. Godwin (Amanda), Meghan G. Shellem (Darren) and Lauren Godwin. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Joyce's name to Delaware Hospice.
