She was predeceased by: her parents, Roberta Davis (McCandless) and Truston Davis; and her sister Cheryl Pyne. She is survived by: her husband Edward Joseph "Ed" Kokoszka; her children, Edward "Eddie" Kokoszka, Catherine "Katie" Kokoszka (Cody Charles) and Megan Kokoszka-Grandell (Alfred "Al", Jr); her siblings, Sandy Sieminski (Kurt) and Dave Davis (Tina); and her parents-in-law, Edward and Ann Kokoszka. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
