She was predeceased by: her parents, Sarah Burke and John Burke; her husband Ward Melvin Raison of Bear, DE.; her siblings, Rachel Royal, Eliza Keene, William Burke and Sarah Gross; and her children, Greenfield Jackson, Edward Jackson and Alfonso Raison.

She is survived by: her children, Gloria Johnson, Barbara Jackson, Ward Raison (Tonya), Patricia Brown (Michael) and Dianne Blackwell (Richard); and her granddaughter Michelle Lewis "Shell". She is also survived by great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
