He is survived by: his parents, Robert "Bob" Slavish and Susan "Sue" Slavish (Haas); his sister Kaitlyn Slavish; his nephew Jace; his grandmother Carolyn Haas; and his pet Idgie. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
