He is survived by: his mother Gladys Williams, (Sheats) of Bear; his wife Karen Williams (Evans); his children, Alaina Williams-Cotto (Kendria) of Middletown, Philip L. Williams, III of Naples, FL, Jackee Wilson of Wilmington and Audrey Wilson of Wilmington; his granddaughter Trinity Patterson; and his siblings, Stephne Williams of Cape Coral, FL and James Williams of Bear. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
