She was predeceased by: her parents, Green Coleman and Riney Caroline Coleman (Thacker); her husband James L. Benner; her siblings, Argus Coleman, William Coleman, Kenneth Coleman, Emogene Murphy, Gladys Tucker and Eugene Coleman; and her nephews, Michael Thomas and John Combs.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Snyder (Terry), Susan Connell (Robert), James Benner (Kelly), Jesse Benner (Sharon), Sheila Stecher (Edward) and Joseph Benner; and her siblings, Florisse Thomas, Bobby Coleman, Bonita Stephenson and Betty Phillips. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
