He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy McIntyre and Rebecca McIntyre (Jones); and his brother Ronald McIntyre. He is survived by: his wife Necitas McIntyre (Hernandez); his children, Dawn McIntyre, Roy H. McIntyre and Tyrone McIntyre; and his siblings, Rose McIntyre, Rosalynn McIntyre, Robin McIntyre and Pete McIntyre.
