He is survived by: his parents, Edilberto Navarro and Trinidad Navarro (Garabiles); his daughters, Gabrielle and Lauren Julitan Navarro; his wife Mary Joy Julitan-Navarro; and his siblings, Toynbee Navarro, Terence Navarro, Edna Navarro-Perry and Tristan Navarro. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
