He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Jean Dukes and Melvin. He is survived by: his wife Marleen Y. Dukes (Jackson); his son Todd W. Dukes (Barbara) of Middletown; his brother Robert Dukes of Buckhannon, WV; and his grandchildren, Taylor and Layla Dukes.
