It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Henry Owens of Bethany Beach, Delaware, born in Warrenton, Virginia, who passed away on January 12, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Berkley and Mildred Owens (Campbell); his wife Priscilla Ann Owens; and his children, John Calvin Owens Frank (JC) and Sandra Lynn Owens (Lynnie).

He is survived by : his close friend Susan Tripodi; and his children, Murray Alexander Owens and Illa Jane (Janie). He is also survived by numerous grand-children and great-grandchildren.
