He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph T. Healy, Sr. and Mary Reidy Healy; his children, Mary and Brian Healy; and his cherisheds, Yorkies, Sonny and Ellie.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peggy" Healy; his daughter Eileen Healy (Patrick Bain); his sister Catherine Rapp; his grandchildren, Jacqueline Green, Connor and Riley Bain; and his great grandchildren, Ella and Joe Green. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Ann Catholic Church (691 Garfield Pkwy, Bethany Beach, DE 19930). A Mass will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
