With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard L. Hildreth Jr. of Bethany Beach, Delaware, born in Melrose, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 13, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rita Morris Hildreth and Richard Lawrence Hildreth Sr.. He is survived by: his significant other Gloria; his children, Julie (Rahi), Richard III and Matthew; his brother Robert (Diane); and his grandchildren, Richard IV, Grace, Miles, Sydney and Ava.
A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Ignatius of Loyola Catholic Church (4103 Prices Distillery Rd, Ijamsville, MD 21754).
