He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Joseph and Frances Carroll Scully; his wife Mary Ann (Walsh); his children, Andrew, Shannon (Rob), Carroll, Robert (Stephanie) and Erin (Douglas); and his grandchildren, Aislinn, Lily, Elizabeth, Lauren, Ben, Martin, Matt, Juliet, Gigi and Nate.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Parish of St. Ann (691 Garfield Pkwy, Bethany Beach, DE 19930). A Mass will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
