She was predeceased by: her parents, Vaughn Kester Kelly and Mary Frances Kelly (Payne); and her brother Vaughn Nolan "Bobby" Nolan Kelly. She is survived by: her husband Francis "Frank" Cappella; her children, Shawn Herbert (Bink) of Severn, MD, Angela Vomero (Ernie) of Centerport, NY and Dominic Cappella of Ridgely, MD; her siblings, Jamie Douvres of Alexandria, VA, Donna Daley of Fort Worth, TX and Antonio Colevas of Clinton, MD.; and her grandchildren, Matthew Herbert (Gina), Ryan Herbert (Meredith), Ashley Pizzo (Gaspare), Vincent "James" Vomero (Rose), Nicholas Vomero (Alina) and Olivia Vomero. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
