He is survived by: his wife Vickie Drury; his son Mark Stephen Galata (Jennifer) of Pasadena, MD; his grandchildren, Phillip Galata (Beth) of Finksburg, MD, Julie Galata of Martinsburg, WV and Brittany Smallwood (Curtis) of Millersville, MD; his great grandchildren, Lucas, Quinn Galata and Aubrey Smallwood; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Mathias and Sophia Tombros.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Ann Catholic Church (691 Garfield Pkwy, Bethany Beach, DE 19930). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
