He was predeceased by: his parents, Russel Joseph and Etta Joseph; and his brothers, Ronnie Joseph and Russel Joseph II. He is survived by: his close friend Alda "Mae" Goodwin; his children, Michael D Joseph II (Angie) and Angie Schafebook (Mark); his grandchildren, Kayden, Ally, Cameron, Zayden and Courtney Allsworth (Greg); his stepchildren, Tommy King (Melanie) and Lorita Bratten (James); and his siblings, Bobbie Joseph, Chris Joseph and JoAnn Clayville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
