He is survived by: his fiancé Jazmine Snell; his son Devin Rashad Flamer, Jr.; his parents, Louis Flamer and Crystal Neal; his stepmother Juliana Flamer; his siblings, Daysha Flamer, Dreden Lake and Wesley Flamer; his stepbrother Max Zapata; his niece Brooklyn Stull; his sister Chanae Neal; and his niece Laila Sampson.

Viewing was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the International House of Worship, Inc. (26321 Williamsburg Rd, Federalsburg, MD 21632). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
