He was predeceased by: his parents, John Elko and Helen Elko of Wilkes Barre. He is survived by: his wife Mona; his brother Thomas Elko (Dawn); his niece Erika of Duryea, PA; his uncle Jacob Elko; and his cousins, Marie, Nancy and Jacob.
