She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Passwaters and Mary Anna Passwaters (Elliott); and her siblings, Martin E. Passwaters, Sr. and Virginia "Ginny" Passwaters. She is survived by: her sisters, Esther Smith and Valerie Passwaters; her niece Sherry Townsend; her nephew Martin E. Passwaters, Jr.; and her uncle Donald Tull. She is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Framptom Funeral Home (216 N Main St, Federalsburg, MD 21632). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
