He is survived by: his wife Linda White Layton of Bridgeville, DE; his daughters, Mary Gilbert Layton of Bridgeville, DE and Anne Layton Villalobos (Osiel Villalobos) of Milford, DE; his grandchildren, Aiden Michael Villalobos of Milford, DE and Avery Alma Villalobos of Philadelphia, PA; and his brothers, Garrett Sipple Layton (Liz) of Salisbury, MD and William.
