She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick A. Phillips and Virginia T. Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Danny Skeans; her sisters, Emilie P. (Glenn A. Courtney) and Teresa P. (Dennis S. Blades); her sister-in-law Chandra G. Phillips; her children, Tina M. (P. Stephen Gustafson), Linda L. (Harold "Butch" R. Arnold) and James F.; her daughter-in-law Tracy L. Hunter; her grandchildren, A. Duston Hunter (Kori), W. Kyle Boyce (Annie), Steven L. Hunter (Amber), Brenden Ayala (Julianna), Dante S. Francazio, Holden J. Hunter, Chayton H. Miller and Jimmy Kimble IV; and her great grandchildren, Nathan D. Hunter, Sylar B. Hunter, Jonah K. Boyce, Taryn K. Hunter, Hannah M. Boyce, Dorian K. Hunter, Sullivan J. Boyce and Lincoln S. Hunter. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Pippin Funeral Home (119 W Camden Wyoming Ave, Wyoming, DE 19934).
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the Delaware Valley Historic Sampler Guild Fund for sampler preservation at DVSHG P O Box 1292 Hockessin, DE 19707.
