She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Hopkins and Margaret Hopkins of Preston, MD; and her sister Cynthia Garrett of Houston, DE.. She is survived by: her husband Robert Eck; her children, John Watts, Jr. (Janet) of Pennsylvania, Brian Watts (Patricia) of Ohio and Kimberly Pressley (Ryan) of California; her grandchildren, Tobias, Grace, Ava, Daisy and Carson; and her siblings, Sandy Reynolds of Frederica, DE, Trish Hopkins, Stephanie Milligan (Art) of Denton, MD, Stanley Hopkins of Preston, MD and Marcy Larmore (Tim) of Preston, MD. She is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
