He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Doris Kaiser and Roy Albert Kaiser, Sr.; and his wife Tracy Lynn Kaiser. He is survived by: his brothers, Roy Albert Kaiser, Jr. (Melissa DeRuiter), Kenny Kaiser (Sue Kaiser), Kevin Kaiser (Jen Small) and Russell Kaiser (Margaret Tracey); his former wife Paula Kaiser; his daughter Brittany; his daughter-in-law Elisa Kaiser; his son Joshua Kaiser; his grandson Karson Kaiser; his stepdaughter Jenna Ferber; his stepgranddaughter Juliette; his stepson Michael Schwartzmeyer; and his pet Zak. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pippin Funeral Home, Inc. (119 W Camden Wyoming Ave, Wyoming, DE 19934).
