He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel L Walling Sr. and Lorraine L Walling. He is survived by: his children, Raymond Higbee Jr., Stephanie Rodriguez (Neftali) and Daniel L Walling III; and his grandchild Cameron Higbee. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Aunts and Uncles.
