He was predeceased by : his parents, Wallace Marvin and Lilly West Baltrusch. He is survived by : his wife Christa Baltrusch; and his children, Teresa Peschel (William) of Hershey, Penn, Eileen Wilson (Don) of Merritt Island, Fla. and Carl Baltrusch (Michelle) of Harrington, Del.. He is also survived by his family and friends.
