He is survived by: his wife Carol Eichelberger-Parnell; his brother Walter Palmer (Ohio); his sons, Milton Parnell Jr. (Dover), Ernie Scott (Dover) and Allen Parnell (California); and his grandchildren, Christine Scott (Curtis), Maurice Scott, Shaquille Goode, Michelle Parnell, Courtney Birton, Ayanna Flagg and Sharitha Washington. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins.
