He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe and Florene; and his brother Randall. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Taylor (Cindi); his siblings, Roderick Taylor (Dorcas), Russell Taylor (Sharon) and Priscilla Linge (Bill); and his grandchildren, Aiden, Penelope, Fiona, Gwendolyn, Lucy and Drew. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
