He was predeceased by: his father William Muffley. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Muffley (Russell) of Athens, PA; his wife Mary Muffley (Reese) of Camden, DE; his children, Stacey Walburn (Jason) of Elmira, NY and William "Bill" Muffley of Wyoming, DE; his sister Eva Bobb of Sayre, PA; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Denno of Waverly, NY, Anita (Don) of Ocean Springs, MS and CeCe Robb. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to the Disabled American Veterans Organization in Bill's honor, carrying forward his legacy of service to others.
