She was predeceased by: her parents, Elva Peters and Vincent Peters; her husband Doy Helmick; her siblings, Nancy and Paul; and her grandchildren, Kyle, Dylan, Alex and Heather.
She is survived by: her children, Doy Helmick (Beverly), Kathleen Weiss (James), Glenn Helmick (Maryann), Charlene Blanchard (Roger), Blair Helmick (Sharon) and Maureen Lancaster (Michael). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
