He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Amatuzio and Doris "Faye" Amatuzio; and his siblings, Thomas Amatuzio and Carol Healy. He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Denise Amatuzio of Bear and Harry Healy of Bear; and his sibling's children, Lauren Derrickson (Patrick) of Bear, Danielle Glass (Eric) of Middletown, Nicole Harmon (Danielle Bower) of State College, Thomas Amatuzio (Nicole) of Middletown and Anthony Amatuzio (Kristi) of Saline.
