She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael A. Lapes and Jane V. Lapes (Musella); her husband Jim Sheftz; and her brother Peter. She is survived by: her nephews, John Borgese (Peggy) and Greg Borgese; her godson Brian Maggs (Aimee); her great-nephew Tyler Borgese; and her great-nieces, Brittany and Erin Borgese.
