He was predeceased by: his parents, Winifred Downs and Edward Downs. He is survived by: his wife Sally Ann Downs; his children, Bill Downs (Christine), Stephen, Jr. Downs (Deborah), Edward Downs (Sabrina) and Kimberlie Gregory (Randy); his stepchildren, Christina Reed and Scott Money (Tara); his grandchildren, Michael Downs, Dallas Downs, Logan Downs, Colby Downs, Camryn Downs (Taylor), Ireland Downs, Austin Downs, Jaxon Downs, Alyssa Walsh (Bill) and Mackenzie Gregory; and his great grandchildren, Kaileigh Downs, Avery Downs, JJ Downs, Dylan Downs, Joseph Walsh, Baylee Walsh and Haylee Walsh.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Stigale Memorial (3260 Concord Rd, Aston, PA 19014). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the D'Anjolell-Stigale Main Chapel (3260 Concord Rd, Aston, PA 19014).
