We are sad to announce that, on April 17, 2026, at the age of 52, Jacki Lynn Poore of Clayton, Delaware passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Jacki shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Jacki farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her mother Sharon Poore. She is survived by: her father Walter "Joe" Poore; her brother Jason Poore (Renea); and her nieces, Shelby, Jessica and Chelsea.
