She was predeceased by: her adoptive parents, Gustav "Gus" Henry Pfeiffer and Madeline Pfeiffer; her brother Gordon Amberg Pfeiffer of Wilmington; and her sons, Michael and Dwayne.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry, Ken and April Jackson (Rick); and her grandchildren, Sophie, Bowen, Jason, Chris Wessell, Tiffany Clough, Ashley Deskins, Melissa Sams and Michaela. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
