He is survived by: his parent Adelyn Nye; his wife Ashley N. Stratton; his children, Matthew Ryan Nye, Jr. (Mariah Munoz), Noah A'dyn Nye, Liam Xavier Nye, Logan Douglas Nye and Zoë Elizabeth Nye; his grandson Matthew Ryan Nye III; and his pet Taco.
