He was predeceased by: his parents, William T. Walter, Sr. and Florence E. Walter; and his brother William T. Walter, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Joann Walter; and his children, Susan Tran (John McCaffrey) and Theodore E. Walter, Jr. (Debbie Johanson). He is also survived by 4 Grandchildren, 5 Great Grandchildren; many friends.
