He is survived by: his mother Pricilla Anne Cook; his wife Dawn Smith; his children, Alex Smith and Serina Brooks; his siblings, Pernell Ellerbe, Andrea Smith, Andre Ellerbe and Gordon Turner; his grandchildren, Elijah Hall, Mia Hall, Joey Brooks and Carson Leigh; Derrek Leigh.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Watson Funeral Home & Crematorium (211 Washington St, Millsboro, DE 19966). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
