It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debbie M. Baker of Dagsboro, Delaware, who passed away on March 10, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Richard "Dickie" Baker, Sr.; her grandchildren, Joseph and Annie Adkins; and her siblings, Bill Ennis and Kathy Wilkins.

She is survived by: her children, Rich Baker of Millsboro, DE and Katie Adkins (Jody) of Dagsboro, DE; her granddaughters, Ellie Baker, McKenna Baker, Abigail Adkins and Allison Adkins; and her brother Steve Ennis (Connie) of Laurel, DE. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
