He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Wilson Steen and Catherine Emma Steen (Cannon). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Steen (Rogers); his children, David Steen (Wanda) of Frankford, Delaware and Susan Timmons (Charlie) of Millsboro, Delaware; his grandchildren, Kyle Timmons (Pauline) of Dagsboro, Sarah Furbush (Seth) of Bear, Kristen Furry (Adam) of Milford, Delaware, Nathan McCabe of Millsboro, Delaware and Dustin McCabe of Millsboro, Delaware; his great grandchildren, Calvin Timmons, Owen Furbush, Ashten Furry and Gavin Furry; and his brothers, Marvin Steen (Beverly) of Ocean Pines and Ron Steen (Tempe) of Bethany Beach. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
