Marie Ellen Phillips Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on November 6, 2025, at the age of 78, Marie Ellen Phillips of Dagsboro, Delaware passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Mitchell and Madeline Mitchell (Baker); her husband Milton Phillips; her sons, Robin Phillips and Christopher Phillips; her great grandchild Jenna Phillips; and her brothers, Roger Mitchell and John Mitchell.

She is survived by: her children, Denise "Dee" Morris (Jeff), William "Duke" Phillips (Beth), Sharon Phillips, Beverly Downs, Donna Phillips, Craig Phillips Keith (Barbara) and Jamie Vil (Jean Paul); and her brother Emory Mitchell. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
